SPR# DMIR4A7JJ8 - Fixed a problem where the EMAfter for EM_NSFNOTEUPDATEMAILBOX is not called upon error because the EMAfter for ME_NSFNOTEUPDATE(2) was causing the EMAfter to get skiped. The errors are now chained.
